As always the customer service reps are very courteous and organized. My Lexus IS a 2006 model and with every visit they are very helpful and take the time to explain the issues if any and provide options for repairs.

If you want a Lexus go find Amy Wu. She listens to your needs and isn’t pushy. Onsite insurance broker makes the whole experience smooth and seamless. Parking can be a bit tight
