a breath of fresh air!
We bought our first Lexus here and switched over from Porsche. We don't actually live that close to Regency Lexus and found them by chance after having so-so experiences with two other Lexus dealerships. But what a breath of fresh air Regency Lexus turned out to be compared to the best you can imagine of car dealerships in general these days. We dealt with Shane, who didn't put a foot wrong from the very first contact to us driving away in our new car. And the most amazing thing: Shane is not the odd man out there. Everybody we spoke to on staff was just a pleasure to deal with and exuded high integrity. Management at Regency Lexus is doing something very right and hiring the right people. I would definitely do business with both Shane and Regency Lexus again.
Out of this world Dealership Service!
We picked up our brand new Lexus NX Hybrid Luxury trim today from Regency Lexus in Vancouver. I want to thank several people because this dealership service is out of this world. First, starting with Danny the sales manager, you never really see a sales manager step out of the office and greet people and do what regular sales person does typically in "other" Lexus dealership. Danny saw us and came out greeted us with warm welcome and asked how he can help us, we did not know he was sales manager at the time, love his attitude. Our sales person Eric, super nice and easy going. No lowballing us in trade, easy to work with, no harsh sales tactics, no pressure buying experience, seriously, no hassle. Financial service manager Hattie same thing, no pressure , no hassle, totally respect buyers decision, no hard or add on sales at finance, trust me, we experienced a lot worse elsewhere. Lastly, Otto our delivery specialist - very friendly manner, not intrusive, gives us space while teaching us all about the car. Hooked everything up , App, phone everything. And most importantly, they have a check list at the end to ensure everything is gone over properly and nothing is missed. Overall the best experience you would expect from Lexus. Regency dealership can deliver that. If you need a Lexus, definitely choose this dealership. We are from Richmond, and we choose Regency Lexus !
Incredible experience with UXh
I had a great experience purchasing my Lexus UX 300h. A huge thank you to Shane for making the entire process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without ever making me feel pressured. I truly appreciated his honesty and professionalism throughout the process. I also want to thank Danny, the Sales Manager, for going above and beyond. Since my vehicle was pre-owned, there was a scratch that needed attention, and he made sure it was taken care of. Overall, I’m very happy with both the service and my new Lexus UX 300h. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Shane and Danny to anyone looking for a great car-buying experience. Thank you both for making this such a positive experience!
