Purchasing a vehicle from Regency Lexus has by far been my most
pleasant car buying experience.
I bought an NX 300H for my wife and our salesman, Kennard Wong,
was both knowledgeable about the product and very prompt with communication. He helped me get a very fair trade in value for my truck
and on top of that he was able to get us a very good deal when a computer glitch errored on the vehicle that we ordered.

As always the customer service reps are very courteous and organized. My Lexus IS a 2006 model and with every visit they are very helpful and take the time to explain the issues if any and provide options for repairs.
