You haven't lived until you have experienced owning a Lexus. My sentiments after owning a 2014 LEXUS IS250. The service at Regency matches this view. Every time I go there I feel I am good hands and more importantly they are advising me on the best and most economical solutions to keep my Lexus running at the level it was designed to. As always the customer service reps are very courteous and organized. My Lexus IS a 2006 model and with every visit they are very helpful and take the time to explain the issues if any and provide options for repairs.
