The staff at Regency Lexus Parts & Service ((including manager, Daniel J, Dan C and David) are the best, bar none. I have been taking my car there for a few years now and if I have ever had any issues with the servicing of my Lexus, the staff do their best to address the problems. At my last visit, I was extremely happy when I picked up my car to find that, in addition to having my car cleaned inside and out, David had also patiently hand polished a deep scratch on the passenger-side fender, making it barely visible. I definitely appreciated this unexpected courtesy!

As always the customer service reps are very courteous and organized. My Lexus IS a 2006 model and with every visit they are very helpful and take the time to explain the issues if any and provide options for repairs.
