Took my car in to get an airbag replacement due to a recall. Was given a brand new NX SUV as a loaner for the day. Service was what one would expect with Lexus: superb. They finished ahead of schedule and even washed and cleaned my car.

As always the customer service reps are very courteous and organized. My Lexus IS a 2006 model and with every visit they are very helpful and take the time to explain the issues if any and provide options for repairs.
