I went to all 3 Lexus dealership in the lower mainland and proceeded with Regency Lexus. I stumbled upon sales rep Chris Ting via their online chat service. Chris was respectful, offered excellent service and, of course, a great deal without the back and forth that other dealers make you go through. Best of all, all the costs are transparent and there were no hidden fees (ie doc fees, accessories, etc...) that other dealers try to hide in their quotes and telling you that it's mandatory. Since then, I have recommended Chris to two of my family members and both of them purchased a vehicle from Chris.

This was one of the best maintenance experiences I've ever had with this vehicle. The service appointment was easy to arrange. I was seen shortly after arrival with very little waiting. David was fantastic and was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Regency Lexus service center.
